At Sisters On Tate, we believe that the shopping experience should be enjoyable. Making lasting relationships with our customers is important to us. Please read, understand, and follow the website terms below so that we can offer you the best experience.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 1-3 business days of placement. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email after you place the order letting you know our shop has received the sale. Once you receive an ORDER FULFILLED email, then or item(s) are sent to you or ready for pick up at our store.
Credit card authorization and address verification may be required prior to shipping any order. Credit card authorization may take 24-48 hours for approval. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.

shipping / pick up
We have a few simple shipping options.
Orders that total under 2 pounds cost a flat rate of $4.00. Orders 2-6 pounds cost a flat rate of $6.00. Orders over 6 pounds cost $8.00.
If you are a Greensboro local, and would like to pick your order up in our store, select the IN STORE PICKUP option for shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and to be ready at our front desk.
When you receive an ORDER FULFILLED email, you may pick it up any time at the address below. Simply ask for your website order at our front desk. We are open 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Saturday.

returns and exchanges
Keep in mind we are a small business and our Return policy reflects as such. You are able to return items within 10 days from the day you receive your purchase. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Sale items are non-refundable.
Returns must be received in their original condition: NEW and UNWORN. We do not refund shipping charges.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
SistersOnTate.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). You will be notified by email once the return has been received and processed.
To process a return, the customer simply ships the item and a completed return form back to us in its original packaging. Include the order number on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing. Take the package to the post office or local shipping company and affix proper postage.
You are able to request an exchange of a regularly priced non-sale item within 10 days from the day you receive your purchase. To make an exchange, enclose your shipping invoice and replacement request in the original packaging. Take the package to the post office and affix the proper postage. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package. You will be notified via email of receipt of item and action taken.
